Brand new in box. We bought 2 and ended up using only 1. This is the limited-edition Kohler Verdera Voice Lighted Mirror (Model K-99571-VLAN-NA) with built-in Amazon Alexa voice control, full stereo Bluetooth sound, and motion-activated night lighting. It was purchased for a high-end remodel, but we ended up going with a different setup in one of the bathrooms. This version is no longer in production and has become hard to find.
