Carrier is used, and cats have had accidents in it before. There are no accident stains or lingering foul smells, though. I have vacuumed, scrubbed by hand, used an enzymatic cleaner, and steam cleaned it thoroughly. It’s as clean as I could get it after about an hour’s worth of cleaning. My cats shed a lot, so there is an issue with fur still being present in the carrier, but it’s not excessive, as I have vacuumed as much as I could. The light and fan are working. Some normal wear and tear scuffs on the outside of the backpack and plastic window. Please review pictures carefully for condition of carrier.
