Our move in ready home is 3 beds, 2 baths, 1767' and located in central FLA. The town is Titusville and we are 11 miles from The NATIONAL SEASHORE, among other areas of nearby interest. We are also NOT in a flood zone, with VERY reasonable insurance and taxes that are both much lower than CA. Having lived in CA., we can also tell you, MANY things cost MUCH less here, with gasoline being just 1 example. There is also NO STATE INCOME TAX IN FLA. Our price is based on a WRITTEN APPRAISAL from a LICENSED appraiser.

This home is on a quiet street within a quiet neighborhood with MATURE landscaping. It is VERY clean and well maintained with all trees regularly trimmed. NO smokers, children or pets have been in the home while we have lived here.

Our home has had many upgrades. To name a few: The interior and exterior paint are new, as is the ceramic tile (including the porch). The roof was redone May of 2022 (and we have a wind mitigation report) with new ceiling fans, interior and exterior lighting, security cameras, hurricane reinforced garage door, garage door motor, upgraded locks, water heater, etc.

The back and side yards are fenced, gated and very private, which is great for children and dogs. There is plenty of room for a pool, but several neighbors have pools:) There is also plenty of room for a tree house! The rear screened porch is constantly shaded, also tiled, but has a ceiling fan as well. The entire 2 bay garage and the workshop floors have also been painted, with the workshop having many cabinets, shelving and lots of additional storage space.

Our taxes are about $1450 yearly and were just paid. This home is SOLID BUILT concrete block with tongue and groove roofing and Romex conduit. It is also VERY ENERGY efficient and our highest electric bill the past 6 years was this past august, during record breaking heat, at $129:) Lawn equipment and tools will also be included. For any investor types we have twice turned down $2300 month in rentals and the home is zoned ok for short term, such as Air B'nB. We can easily park 4 normal sized cars in the driveway and it is legal for boat and RV parking too.
