I cannot find the link for this item from IKEA but it sold for $70 ish dollars.
It can be a desk or table lamp. 21 inches tall.
It rotates and you turn it on/off with the press button on the base.
The second and third pictures show where there are small scratches in the lower left edges.
The fourth picture shows an ink mark from a ballpoint pen explosion. I tried to get some off but couldn't entirely.
