From Gramma's collection, we have a pair of signed Sherrill armchairs. They are simply gorgeous traditional carved open armchairs with lots of character and just the touch of Old World elegance you've been looking for! Each chair comes with a pillow.
This is high end quality carpentry, sturdy and stable. The finish of the wood is perfect and smooth. The armrests and legs are carved intricately. The cabriolet front legs undulate softening the look. Our best guess is that the wood is walnut. Upholstered with yellow and gold damask with a fabric of woven patterns. Exquisite!
Set it right in the middle of a living room or guest room, in front of a fireplace. next to a window or in a corner. These chairs can probably last a lifetime because they were manufactured right! A decorator's delight! An owner's pride.
