This is a beautiful mid century modern desk and, based on the mark, appears to be a E. Gomme G-plan desk. (https://wycombemuseum.org.uk/blog/g-plan-furniture-a-potted-history)

The closest model I can find is this one (https://www.pamono.com/vintage-tola-wood-librenza-desk-by-donald-gomme-for-g-plan-1950s-4)

I purchased this directly from a furniture dealer up in SF but unfortunately, it doesn't fit into our space. The top is an interesting white leather.
