It doesn’t have the pouch for storage.
Can be used on all beds but not adjustable beds. It was bought 6 years ago and only used for 2 months. It has been in storage. Looks new, see pics. Very secure, doesn’t slip because strap goes between mattress and is attached to frame. I bought it for $120. It is in the original box. See full description on one of the photos.
