Now Hiring: School-Based Behavior Technicians
Start your day in the classroom and make a real difference—support students with autism as they learn, grow, and thrive. No ABA experience needed!
Pay & Schedule
$19.25.25–$23.00 per hour
Part-time role
School day hours: 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM availability required
Basic Requirements
- High School Diploma + one of the following:
- At least one completed college course
- Currently enrolled in college
- Associe’s or Bachelor’s degree
- Reliable transportion, valid driver’s license & insurance
- Passion for working with children (experience a plus!)
- Bilingual skills are a bonus
- Physical requirements: Active role including standing, bending, running, and lifting up to 50 lbs while engaging with children.
Wh You’ll Do
- Work 1:1 with students in a school-based setting using ABA (we train you!)
- Help children build communicion, social, and daily living skills
- Be part of a team th loves the climb—showing up each day to support meaningful progress
- Collabore with families, teachers, and supervisors
