We are seeking a reliable Medical Assistant, bilingual, English/Russian to join our outpatient medical practice in West Hollywood. The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of medical assistance experience, patients-care and good communication skills, computer applications skills – EMR, capable of answering phones, draw blood, and well organized.
Responsibilities include:
• Rooming patients & taking vitals
• Preparing patients for provider evaluation
• Assisting with procedures
• Administering injections under supervision, draw blood
• Charting and documentation (EMR), portals entries
• Scheduling, patient communication & follow-up
• Maintaining clean and stocked exam rooms
• Supporting front/back-office tasks as needed
