Seventy six - two German Shepherds (brother/sister) - a very independent cat - semi-retired general contractor and very multi-faceted person needs a home - house preferably - for all of us - that can offer possibilities for work offset - difficult circumstances caused by the theft of a 16 ft. storage pod on November 10th and the loss of 90% of my belongings - subsequently I'm traveling very light - in a manner of speaking.
Have spent the last almost 15 years managing ranch properties in Lake Hughes - Little Tujunga - Sylmar and Thousand Oaks - great deal of experience working with horses -
IDEAL SITUATION - A WORKING/LIVING ENVIRONMENT - I am on a fixed income and an offset situation would benefit all concerned - WOULD LIKE TO BE BACK IN SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA - - CURRENTLY IN RED BLUFF - ANYWHERE BETWEEN MOORPARK TO PALOS VERDE - - AND THE NEED IS LITERALLY IMMEDIATE.
