Our client, a Top Marketing Firm in Playa Vista, has an immediate opening for a junior Human Resources Assistant to join their innovative corporate team! This is an amazing temp to hire opportunity for a new graduate who is seeking a rewarding career in Human Resources.
•Manage a high volume of Human Resources documents, including job postings, new hire paperwork, requisitions, and status change forms
•Update and monitor the HR database
•Conduct audits of HR files and benefits programs
•Maintain supply of all employment and benefits- related materials
•Update office bulletin boards to display relevant information and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal employment laws
•Coordinate Human Resources projects, including performance reviews, bonus plans, benefits administration, and the exit process for departing employees
•Assist with ad hoc projects and administrative support as needed
•Bachelor's degree required
•Ability to perform tasks with high degree of accuracy and efficiency
•Excellent organizational and time management skills; ability to meet deadlines
•Strong sense of judgment and discretion regarding confidential information
•Sharp, savvy, and resourceful with strong analytical and organizational skills
•Proficiency with MS Office Suite, especially Outlook and Excel
