Am a personal trainer dedicated to helping you achieve your fitness goals in a methodical, quantifiable, healthy and sustainable way.
Why me? As someone who has achieved a great physique without the use of steroids, I understand the challenges that come with building muscle and losing fat naturally. I have also translated many research studies on the topic, and particularly on the differences between natural vs. steroid-using trainees. That's why I focus on creating custom workout plans and nutrition plans tailored to your individual needs and goals.
Whether you're looking to build muscle, lose weight, improve your overall fitness, or a combination of all the foregoing, I'm here to help you get there. With my guidance and support, you'll learn the proper techniques for lifting weights, performing cardio exercises, and making healthy food choices that fuel your body and enhance your performance. More importantly, you will know what works, what doesn’t, and in time, if you are paying attention you will begin to gain an understanding that will give you autonomy over your body and becomeits captain.
