Seeking a hard-working and experienced houseman to do daily cleaning and occasional repairing in our Beverly Hills home. Must have prior experience, be dependable and have a positive attitude. This is a 40 hour a week, Monday-Friday position. Key responsibilities include: Daily maintenance (cleaning interior and some exterior), minor repairs, run household errands. Must have reliable transportation and valid drivers license and live within 15 miles of Beverly Hills. Need to provide excellent references.
