Female entrepreneur seeking a personal assistant.
Looking for help in managing a chaotic life, where I am too busy to take care of important life things because I throw every waking moment onto my business. The ideal assistant is someone who is smart, proactive and self-running (i.e. if you dont know how to do something, have enough common sense to use chatgpt or google to ask first before asking me very basic questions like how to change the ink of a printer you could easily take a picture and upload it to chatgpt to ask).
Some things I desperately need help getting my chaotic life back on track: cleaning and organizing, preparing basic food such as organic smoothies, hummus and salads, handling emails, messages, texts or questions from other employees first before coming to me in order to not disrupt me too many times during the day, helping me and my other employees pack orders and digital work such as assisting us with video and pictures, dropping off packages at the post office about a mile away, helping my mother with basic tasks such as reminding her of doctor appointments and making phone calls for her, driving me or picking me up from places occasionally (within 1 or 2 mile radius, not far). It is critical that you have a "let's get things done" mentality because I am a fast worker and growth oriented person constantly seeking self improvement and optimization and seek the same attitude to work around. You will be occasionally firing other employees or delivering bad news that they need to work faster or meet quota, so you must be comfortable with having an "enforcer" personality and not "let's all get along and not have uncomfortable conversations" personality that can lead me to financial ruin and employees thinking they can get away with watching tiktoks during work hours and slacking off.
You will be working out of my Beverly Hills house that I live/work out of with my mother and other employees. Pay is $25/hr if part time and $52,000/ year if full time.
