We are looking for a dependable and hardworking Production Worker to join our laundry production team in Compton.
This position is ideal for someone who values steady work, consistent hours, and reliable income. The schedule allows you to have your afternoons and evenings available, making it a great opportunity for someone looking for additional income or a job with a predictable schedule.
We are looking for someone who is responsible, physically capable, and willing to work hard in a fast-paced laundry warehouse environment.
Schedule:
* Monday: 7:00 AM – 12:00 PM
* Tuesday–Friday: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
* Approximately 36–37 hours per week
Pay:
* Starting pay: approximately $700/week
* Opportunity for raises based on performance, reliability, and commitment
Job Responsibilities:
* Sort and organize linen products
* Load, unload, and move laundry carts
* Fold, package, and prepare finished products
* Inspect items to ensure quality standards
* Assist with different areas of production as needed
* Maintain a clean and organized work area
* Work efficiently as part of a team
Physical Requirements:
This is a hands-on warehouse production position. Candidates should be comfortable with:
* Standing for extended periods
* Lifting and carrying items
* Pushing and pulling laundry carts
* Bending, reaching, and repetitive movements
* Working in a warm laundry environment
Qualifications:
* Reliable transportation required
* Dependable and punctual
* Strong work ethic and positive attitude
* Able to follow instructions and learn quickly
* Comfortable performing physical labor
* Must be 18+
Experience in warehouse, manufacturing, laundry, construction, janitorial, or other physical labor positions is a plus but not required.
