We are seeking an experienced Concrete Foreperson to lead and supervise concrete crews on active job sites.
Responsibilities:
• Supervise daily concrete operations and field crews
• Read and interpret plans and specifications
• Coordinate labor, equipment, and materials
• Ensure quality control and safe work practices
• Communicate with project management regarding progress and job needs
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Concrete Foreperson
• Strong knowledge of concrete forming, pouring, and finishing
• Ability to read plans and manage crews
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Reliable and safety-focused
Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday
Compensation: Salary based on experience.
