Logistic Customer Service

Responsibilities:

  1. Handle customer inquiries and issues promptly and professionally.
  2. Manage overages, shortages, and damages (OS&D) procedures efficiently.
  3. Utilize Excel proficiently for data analysis and reporting.
  4. Coordinate delivery schedules and logistics operations.
  5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  6. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Requirements:

  1. 2-3 years of industry experience in 3PL warehouse operations.
  2. Proficiency in Excel, including familiarity with formulas.
  3. Previous experience in customer service within a 3PL warehouse setting.
  4. Ability to adapt to a flexible work schedule, starting between 8am - 9am.
  5. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to the worksite.
