We’re looking for ONE high-energy FULL-TIME barista to join our traveling pop-up crew across high traffic plaza locations throughout Long Beach, OC & the Inland Empire.
Schedule is:
Thursday through Sunday
(Full shift availability required)
This is NOT your typical café job.
No standing inside a quiet coffee shop waiting for customers to walk in.
This is an outdoor role.
You’ll be working inside busy outdoor pop-up environments serving handcrafted beverages to high earning clientele throughout the day.
You’ll be:
• crafting iced coffees, matchas, lemonades & specialty drinks
• interacting with customers nonstop
• learning a proprietary beverage system
• helping drive upsells naturally through conversation
• staying active and moving throughout the shift
• working outdoors in fast paced environments

Some are Inland Empire.
You are NOT bouncing around all day.
You go where the traffic is.

Requirements:
• Must have your own vehicle
• Must be comfortable traveling between regions depending on the week
• Must be comfortable working outdoors for full shifts
• Must be reliable, social, coachable, and presentable
• Barista experience strongly preferred
• Full-time availability Thu–Sun required
Weekends are highest volume.
