Property manager seeks experienced stucco tradesman to apply classic "smooth Santa Barbara finish" on an a new Spanish duplex garage in Los Angeles. Looking to match original existing style finish and color of main structure for the garage. Must be experienced and have your own tools, set your own schedule. Need immediately. Property manager will pay all approved expenses.

Project description: Total square footage 1,177. Wall dimensions: 27' wide x 12' tall
