Technical Support - This role requires you to be the primary point of contact for all
technical support requests. You will be responsible for responding to, resolving, and
thoroughly documenting all support requests in a timely and professional manner. As we
continue to grow and scale this will be of the utmost importance and we will rely on you
to continually optimize our systems and processes around technical support to ensure
top quality customer service.

We need support in the LA market with service related needs that require knowledge of basic electrical issues, controller boards and android touchscreens. The role would be ad hoc for service calls and hourly for market related needs.
