Job Title: Business, Real Estate Litigation Attorney
We are seeking a knowledgeable and detail-oriented business and real estate, litigation attorney to join our dynamic legal team. Our firm focuses on business law, real estate disputes, and insurance bad faith litigation, offering a high-level representation to a diverse client base. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in litigation, exceptional writing skills and the ability to conduct thorough legal research.

Job Type: Full-time, Contract, in-person only.
Pay: From $100.00 per hour (Pay varies by experience)
Schedule: 9:00 am – 6:00 pm; Monday to Friday.
Duties:
• Handle all aspects of litigation, including drafting pleadings, discovery, motions, and trial preparation.
• Represent clients in court hearings, depositions, and mediations.
• Conduct comprehensive legal research on relevant laws and regulations.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of changes in legislation affecting related areas of law.
• Assist in senior attorneys to develop legal strategies.
• Analyze legal issues and provide strategic advice to clients.
• Collaborate with clients, opposing counsel, and internal team members to drive case resolution.
Qualifications:
• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Licensed and in good standing with the CA State Bar
• Minimum 2 years of litigation experience (business and/or real estate preferred)
• Strong legal writing, research, and oral advocacy skills
• Ability to manage multiple matters efficiently and independently
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
