About Our Firm

Setareh Law Group is a growing, 7-Attorney Plaintiff's firm specializing in Class-Action Employment litigation. Our attorneys are well respected in the legal industry because we are known as aggressive litigators and have a proven track record obtaining results for our clients. Unlike other law firms who are only interested in resolving their clients' cases quickly, without taking into consideration the actual value of their case, we strive to obtain the most amount of money on their behalf - whether it is through settlement or trial. The skill and experience of our attorneys in aggressively litigating cases has enabled our clients to obtain justice against some of the largest corporations in the US.

National Recognition, Exceptional Results

Setareh Law Group has emerged as a nationally recognized law firm dedicated to representing individuals in labor and employment matters.

Our recent monumental CA Supreme Court victory in Troester v. Starbucks Corp. demonstrates our commitment to all hard-working Californians. Recently, Principal Attorney Shaun Setareh was recognized as Daily Journal's 2019 California Lawyer of the Year as a testament to our firm's work.
