Century City boutique litigation firm specializing in complex business, internet law, payment processing disputes and FTC issues seeks an experienced attorney with strong litigation background for contract work assignments. The firm presently has a number of serious litigation matters, pending in Federal courts as well as various arbitration forums. We are looking for a candidate with 7+ years of experience handling sophisticated, high-value cases. Big firm background and training are highly desired. The position would entail briefing of cutting-edge issues in IP matters and business, potential court appearances and taking of depositions.
A successful candidate would have substantial experience litigating serious business/corporate/IP matters as well as courtroom experience. Must be able to work independently, develop legal theories and execute legal strategy.
Compensation is commensurate with experience, well over $100 per hour. The successful candidate should have at least 20+ hours per week available to devote to the position and can work remotely.
