Looking for a Paralegal with prior experience handling chapter 7&13 bankruptcy matters in addition to motion work (such as adversary proceedings, motions for relief, etc). Position is remote and full time but can start as part time.
Must be set up with a home office, have customer service skills, and familiarity with Pacer/ECF/Word/Exel.
Multilingual and familiarity with Best Case is a plus.
