**Overview:**
We’re looking for individuals with at least 1 year of customer service experience—whether in retail, hospitality, healthcare, or other industries—who are eager to grow in a mission-driven legal environment. In this role, you'll play a key part in supporting clients as they navigate the Lemon Law process. No prior legal experience is required—just a willingness to learn, a collaborative mindset, and a desire to make a real difference.
**Responsibilities:**
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the intake and case lifecycle.
Conduct initial client intake by gathering vehicle information, repair history, and purchase/lease documentation.
Communicate lemon law eligibility criteria to prospective clients in a clear and empathetic manner.
Coordinate with attorneys and legal staff to ensure timely follow-up on case status and document needs.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in the firm’s case management system.
Handle a high volume of phone calls and emails in a professional and efficient manner.
Track deadlines and ensure clients submit required documentation (e.g., repair invoices, purchase contracts).
**Qualifications:**
Required:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
Excellent time management abilities and the capacity to prioritize tasks effectively.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally with attorneys, clients, and external parties.
Preferred:
Demonstrated experience working in a legal office setting.
Familiarity with Clio and Hubspot.
