Searching for an Appellate Attorney to prepare an Appellate Opening brief and anticipated Reply from a civil case adjudicated in LA Superior Court. The brief will be based upon five days of trial and testimony. The appeal will proceed as Pro Se. Prospective Attorney must have some experience in preparing and submitting Appellate opening briefs, and knowledge of California Rules of Appellate Procedure. Briefing schedule has yet to be set by the Court, but is imminent. Compensation commensurate upon experience. Please send a current resume or CV for consideration.
