I am a USCF candidate master with 35 years playing experience
I have taught chess in after school programs and done in home tutoring to children and adults including children
on the autism spectrum. I once taught chess on a transatlantic cruise ship and have been a chess consultant to director Mike Nichols on one of his movies " Charlie Wilson's War" (2007)
I also teach using the computer as a learning tool using chess websites and databases . I practice covid safe procedures and have a covid card -triple boosted . UCLA grad. Background checked with clean record. My present students
are between the ages of 5 to 9 years old and a few adults in the Santa Monica area . References provided.
