Architecture and Construction firm seeking an experienced, highly organized Marketing Associate with strong graphic design, writing, and research skills for a remote, on-call, part-time position available immediately.
About the Role
This position supports our Marketing Manager across both our architecture and construction companies. We need someone who can take direction, work independently, and deliver fully polished, professional-quality materials with minimal revision.
Core Duties
• Create professional-quality graphics and marketing collateral (brochures, presentations, proposal covers, flyers, social media graphics, etc.)
• Assist with preparation of Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) and Proposals for public and private sector clients
• Support research tasks related to client background, project data, and market insights
• Format, refine, and organize content consistently across multiple platforms
• Complete general marketing assignments and assist as needed, depending on workload
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Strong graphic design ability with a professional portfolio demonstrating clean layout, creativity, and visual consistency
• Ability to produce cohesive, on-brand materials
• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Reliable, deadline-driven, and able to manage multiple assignments simultaneously
• Must have your own computer and access to design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Office, etc.)
• Preference for candidates based in California or Pacific Standard Time
