A. B. Chase had a reputation of building superior, exceptionally well made, expensive pianos pianos during the “Golden Age” of American piano building, from about 1875-1938.
This piano is an excellent example of a top quality upright from that period, a nice 20th Century built by A.B. Chase of Norwalk, Ohio. Hand built piece by piece in 1921. Made of Honduran Mahogany wood. Very Good condition. Everything works. Sounds great. Own a classic piece of American craftsmanship and history. Has wheels. Three Foot Pedals. No Bench. Easy to move out of my building and load up in the alley.
