Was over 2k retail. The switch has a loose connection. when I got it in the mail came out of the box like that. It's a small soldering fix.
I might have a tech that can look at it. I never opened it. I've been playing it, it works. Fishmans sound amazing. Great tone but I bought a Kiesel so letting this one go. I'll throw in an extra pack of 8-string DR's
