This Taylor looks amazing and plays beautifully. It's a fabulous fingerstyle guitar, though it does everything perfectly. It has one small blemish on the under side of the body but is in gorgeous shape. Purchased almost two years ago at TrueTone Music in L.A. and set up by Mike at Mike's Guitar Parlor in Hermosa Beach, California, who also replaced the original ES2 pickup with an LR Baggs Anthem SL. This setup uses the original battery box for super fast, convenient battery changes.
This is a far better sound to my ear, but if you'd rather have the ES2, I would be happy to have everything set back to factory specs and I'll keep the Anthem. Nothing has been changed inside the guitar, meaning everything except the jack preamp / power distribution board (pictured) is still inside. If you prefer the current setup, I will include the pdb in a small box for safekeeping and/or to have the ES2 reinstalled at a later date. In this configuration, the set and forget controls are on the Anthem itself so the guitar's tone and volume knobs are basically ornamental, but they will work like brand new in the factory set up. (Guitar is shown with and without the Anthem SL installed so you can decide which you prefer.)
I am selling because I play country and Americana almost exclusively and I'm playing an instrument more specialized to those genres. If you have any questions, please feel free to ask.
