We are seeking an experienced Client Relations Manager to join our team and help deliver exceptional client service across our organization. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in overseeing client interactions, managing daily operations, and ensuring a seamless experience for both clients and staff.
Shift: Monday-Friday
Hours: 8 am-5 pm, flexibility needed
Pay: 100k +
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee client service operations and ensure a high level of satisfaction.
Coordinate with internal teams to manage workflows, priorities, and client needs.
Anticipate and resolve potential challenges to maintain smooth operations.
Support special projects or initiatives as needed.
Qualifications:
Strong background in client relations, customer service, or office Services.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Experience leading or coordinating teams is a plus.
