Sunny California Furnished Rentals is looking for a Property Manager to join our team! We’re a long-established local company that’s continuing to grow, and we’re looking to fill this position quickly.
If you enjoy staying organized, working with people, and being out in the community, this could be a great fit.
Position Details:
• Schedule: Friday–Monday (with potential to add an additional day down the road)
• Pay: $30/hour
• Location: Hermosa Beach & surrounding areas
What We’re Looking For:
• Must have a reliable car
• Real estate license (or currently in the process) preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Dependable and able to take initiative
This is a great opportunity to get hands-on experience in property management with a growing local furnished rental company.
