Job description:
Looking for someone who has good phone communication skills, knowledge and experience in data entry, dependable, organized, good handwriting skills and can multi-task. Must be fluent in English. Bilingual is a plus+. In person job, located in Inglewood, CA.
Job duties will include:
Scheduling calls, dispatching, filing, data entry, faxing, scanning, copying documents and ordering of office supplies. Must have knowledge and experience with sending/receiving emails (PDF, jpeg, word doc, Dropbox)
Summary:
As a Secretary/Administrative Assistant, you will be integral to the smooth operation of our office, reporting directly to the Office Manager. Your primary responsibilities will include managing communications, organizing schedules, and providing exceptional customer service. With core skills in clerical tasks and computer literacy, you will handle data entry and maintain filing systems efficiently. Your premium skills in office management and bilingual communication will enhance our team's effectiveness. We expect you to demonstrate strong organizational abilities and professionalism, contributing to a productive and welcoming work environment.
Job Type: 30-40 hours per week
Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour (based on experience/knowledge)
