• Account receivable
• Data entry
• Customer service
• Assist with marketing and leasing apartments
• Scanning and filing
• Other assorted clerical duties as assigned

JOB REQUIREMENTS / QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
• Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) preferred
• Experience supporting a team of executives for 1+ years
• Excellent calendar management skills
• Strong knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook
• Must be flexible and detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task, anticipate and prioritize well
• Must be able to perform duties accurately in a timely fashion
• High level of confidentiality regarding company information
• Dependable and punctual
• Solid references from previous employers
