ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

Small Real Estate Investment Company specializing in developing and adding value to apartment and industrial buildings in CA, AZ, NV and TX.
Seeking IMMEDIATELY an Office Assistant (Part time 20-30 hours a week - could turn to full time) with a high energy, well organized, able to manage administrative duties in a fast-paced environment.
Office is in Brentwood Los Angeles area.
Qualifications include the following:
• Minimum three years experience in a real estate or business office.
• Strong command of the English language, writing, editing and grammar.
• Type accurate at least 60 wpm.
• Manage different tasks while paying strong attention to detail.
• Social Media Marketing and Real Estate experience are plus.
Flexible hours, small staff; quiet office near Sunset and Bundy.
Compensation $16-$18 an hour based on experience with substantial growth potential.
