Real Estate Company in the Palm area is seeking a sharp Operator. The candidate must love real estate and passionate about providing excellent service. This is a fast paced environment and candidates will be tested.
JOB DECSRIPTION / DUTIES:
We expect the operation manager to work with management and staff in order to:
· Maximize Revenues
· Assure accurate Data entry
· Improve Customer service
· Assist with marketing and leasing apartments
· Various administrative projects as needed
Manage and supervise office staff
Set up operating procedures and implementation
JOB REQUIREMENTS / QUALIFICATIONS:
· Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
· Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) preferred
· Experience supporting a team of executives
· Excellent calendar management skills
· Strong knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Excel
· Must be flexible and detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task, anticipate and prioritize well
· Must be able to perform duties accurately in a timely fashion
· High level of confidentiality regarding company information
· Dependable and punctual
· Solid references from previous employers
· Management experience
