Seeking a Temporary Catering/Hospitality Assistant with 1+ years’ experience supporting a law firm or professional services organization for a 8-to-12-week assignment. Responsibilities include reserving and preparing conference rooms for meetings/events, ordering refreshments/meals, and replenishing/refreshing beverage service during meetings while remaining on-call during meetings to assist with special requests, clean up after meetings, and maintaining inventory in conference rooms and storage areas. Other duties include ordering meals for all meetings, stocking, maintaining/cleaning kitchens, lounge, and satellite coffee stations; ordering/maintaining appropriate inventory, and providing overflow office services and reception coverage.
Must have excellent communication skills, be a customer service-oriented team player, highly courteous, and be able to interact in a professional manner with all stakeholders. Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines with frequent interruptions while maintaining flexibility. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook) is required.
Hours are 9:30am – 6:30pm; Hourly pay is $23 – $24
