Self-Storage Facility looking to hire a professional, hardworking and organized individual. We are seeking to employ a part-time office assistant who is self-motivated, level-headed and has excellent customer service skills. Someone who is a good communicator; both oral and written with a great attitude! You should be skilled and committed to providing a consistently high level of customer satisfaction with a fun lighthearted personality.

The ideal Candidate Must:
Have great telephone skills; be personable on the phone as you will be dealing with a large variety and volume of customers.
Be principled, detail oriented and organized with great follow-up skills
Be savvy and able to adapt to many different situations quickly and effectively
Have presentable and accurate note/writing skills as you will be required to enter comments and update customer files daily
Be dependable and punctual with time attendance as you will be required to work alone as well as open and close the office/facility
3 plus years of office experience and basic computer skills
Be available to perform basic cleaning tasks of office, bathroom, and facility.
Thursday through Saturdays 9am-6pm (working with the manager) 1 hour (unpaid) lunch and Sunday: 10am-4pm (without manager) with 1/2 hour (unpaid) break. These are the set days.
