Prepare quotes and pricing sheets for clients
Create and update product mockups (logos, cup designs, etc.)
Organize order details, timelines, and production info
Communicate with clients via email for updates and follow-ups
Coordinate with suppliers on production and delivery
Support general admin and operational tasks as needed
What We’re Looking For:
Strong organization and attention to detail
Clear, professional communication (especially over email)
Ability to manage multiple tasks at once
Comfortable with Google Docs/Sheets or similar tools
Self-starter who can stay on top of tasks without constant direction
Compensation:
