The gym is equipped with a full squat rack, free weights 8lbs-45lbs, yoga mats & blocks, ab wheel, stair stepper for cardio, yoga straps & bands and free standing punching bag.
The is a beautiful gym with good lighting and full size wall to wall mirrors. Wifi included, SONOS speaker for music. There is a courtyard to rest in or enjoy in between clients. The Bathroom is located in the back of the courtyard. The space can be used hourly rate of $35 or you can have a set schedule to yourself and the fee is negotiable with increased hours of usage per week. Depending on the hours of usage parking maybe available. The gym is available 24/7 with door code entry to the courtyard and a lock box key.
