The main office space is 340 sqft and is floor to ceiling windows with built in cabinetry and electric shades. Rent includes utilites - high speed internet is an additional $500 per month and 1 prime parking space is $235. The lease comes with the option to purchase a second parking space. Space can be available in 2 weeks time.
