Well, the world’s going nuts all around us, but somehow, your small business is doing well. Congratulations, that’s actually very cool. Maybe you've outgrown the back bedroom and need a bigger place to make it happen every day. Maybe you have clients coming by occasionally. Maybe you just need a quiet, sunlit, landscaped place to think.
Maybe you’d like to be close enough to Silicon Beach for meetings, but still keep it at arm’s length because you don’t consider yourself a Silicon Beach Type just yet. Maybe you're an Etsy crafter who wants to be close to a post office.
Either way: CONGRATULATIONS. You’ve made the commitment, and you’re gonna love this Del Rey/Silicon Beach guest house oasis.
You should see it: 350 sq ft, ideal for the industrious creative types of LA: an editor, composer, directors’ rep, manager/agent, landscaper, photographer, screenwriting team, web designer, architect, Etsy artisan, ad infinitum, ad astra.
Cable and Fios hookups, cold A/C, heat, shower and bathroom—all in a nice sunny back yard, with a burbling fountain, sweet smelling flowers for inspiration, and space for clients to visit.
The place is small, we can’t lie: it’s best for one person, good for two, but any more than that will most likely start to feel cramped.
Also, we should mention again, we’re looking for someone to work here, as opposed to full-time live here.
