We are seeking holistic practitioners with the following specialties:
-Doctors of osteopathy (DO)
-Chiropractors (DC) and/or applied kinesiology practioners (AK)
-Nutritionists and or registered dietitians (RD)
- Naturopaths (ND)
- Midwife/Doulas/IBCLC
- Massage Therapists/Craniosacral Therapist
- Other Holistic Professionals
*Located in a medical building on La Tijera Blvd at the Westchester Triangle, near LAX, LMU, Playa Vista, Airport Hotels, and Shopping area.
*Medical Building is located on the street level and is accessible to all clients/patients (wheelchair accessible as well)
*Free parking lot located in front of the building/street parking is also available for 2-4 hours
Monthly Rent is based on usage, part time and full time available: $55-70 per day, with a 3 day per week minimum (for one treatment room, private practitioners office area, storage space, and a beautiful and serene reception area/ waiting room). Example of monthly rent:
3 days per week, monthly rent $840 (daily rent is $70/day)
4 days per week, monthly rent $960 (daily rent is $60/day)
7 days per week, monthly rent $1540 (daily rent is $55/day)
6 month contract with a security deposit (equal to the amount of 1 month's rent)
We are seeking a practitioner with some experience, and a moderately to fully established practice already, but are more than happy to work with newer practitioners.
Practitioners must be enthusiastic to share office space and work with holistic healthcare professionals, including acupuncturists, massage therapists, reiki practitioner. Our wellness center is well maintained, clean, serene zen atmosphere. Has large waiting area for patients, all rooms are fully furnished, coffee and tea station available for patients, sinks in most treatment rooms, parking lot for patients/practitioners.
