Small office/creative space in a beautiful historic building in downtown San Pedro
We have two attached rooms available in the penthouse suite and we are looking for an artist or professional who fits in well with the building and our space! Live/work potential for one person or two professional suites for a creative office/artistic space with two or more workers.
-24/7 Access, fountain in the lobby, rooftop break area with a view,
-Water/gas included for reasonable usage, power is split separately. Basic window-mounted AC unit provided in one room.
-Internet just speed-tested for 680mbps download / 23mbps upload, Wifi included
-Bonus square footage in use of kitchen and lounge area with pool table in the penthouse, downstairs lobby tables and chairs for lunch or meetings, smoking/break area on the rooftop with view of the harbor
-Each room has a closet with solid shelves up top for additional storage
-Full use of the kitchen as long as you keep it clean.
-Artist friendly, musician possible but noisy hours are after 6pm on weekdays and after 12pm on weekends.
-Some of the other tenants in the building include: a tattoo artist, painters, hair stylists/nail & beauty specialists, a law office, museum/art exhibits, DJ and musicians, and a chiropractor.

-No elevator and we are on the 3rd floor so if your business requires a lot of ins-and-outs then you will be hiking up and down stairs all day (much worse if equipment is involved).
-If you need a lot of power that might be an issue, the room is on one 20amp circuit but if we could talk about working something out.

Clients are welcome, although you might want to do most of your meetings at the tables in the lobby.
