One space is now rented but probably only for two months. Other one will be rented from July 23 to August 29. Spaces are behind my apartment on La Cienega Avenue, 90034, a clean parking space for rent month to month. Car MUST have current registration!! Area is gated, I have the clicker to open and close the gate. If you need your own you'll need to borrow mine and make a copy at Lowe's or Home Depot. If you rent the space it is fine to do minor repairs on the vehicle such as oil change or replacement of air filter but no daily ongoing repairs.
