Nest Seekers International is looking for a Transaction Coordinator.

Excellent time management skills and ability to handling demanding deadlines. Experience handling details, contract negotiation and problem solving. Accuracy is a must. Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines without frustration. Organized, system oriented. Ability to understand contract language, handle disclosures, offers, counter offers, and escrow procedures.

Qualifications:

*At least two-year experience of paralegal or real estate transaction assistance with coordinating real estate residential selling and buying transactions and handling escrows from open to close on your own.
Proficiency in CAR Forms, Zipforms, Docusign, MLS and real estate disclosures
*Be able to complete, and track progress of, multiple tasks without delay while being engaged in other deadline-driven projects.

Job Responsibilities:

*Communicating with agents, escrow, title and lenders.
*Creating MLS listings.
*Drafting and executing offers, counter offers, listing agreements, purchase agreements, amendments, disclosures, etc., with zipForm and Docusign.
*Managing and tracking contingency deadlines.
*Providing constant updates/feedbacks to agents and other office staff members.
*Performing other job duties delegated by agents.

Independent Contractor basis. Will be paid on a per closed file basis. Flexible schedule. Must be willing to spend at least 20 hours per week in our office in Beverly Hills.
