Candidates should be available approx. 30 hours per week in the Beverly Hills area and have an outgoing and positive attitude, as well as the desire to learn and grow.
Primary duties include outbound calling, e-mail communication, mail communications, scheduling calls and listing appointments for top realtor and overall management of sales pipeline through the sales cycle. Follow scripts to gauge interest in selling, pitching the advantages of the team and have the ability to handle objections.
Qualifications: Excellent organizational, time management, and follow-up skills. Practices, memorizes, and internalizes scripts. Is dynamic, articulate and well-spoken. Passionate about selling and extremely comfortable with telemarketing. Independent and self-motivated. Ability to communicate effectively (oral and written). Extremely strong phone skills: ability to set and close appointments over the phone.
