What this actually is:
You will:
source off-market real estate deals
talk to property owners daily
structure and negotiate transactions
get paid on execution, not effort
build a real portfolio (not chase commissions)
Minimum requirements:
You have access to some capital (your own or immediate)
You are comfortable on the phone daily
You move fast and take action without hand-holding
You can handle rejection without slowing down
You want to make $250K+ and are willing to operate at that level
What you will NOT get:
No training wheels
No chasing you
No motivation calls
No “learning phase”
If you need someone to push you dialy, this is not for you.
