Seeking an on site resident manager for a 20 unit apt building by Pico and Rampart

Responsibilities will include, but not limited to the following:
- Show vacant units.
- Communicate often with the main office.
- Enforce community rules.
- Supervise workers
- Bilingual a HUGE plus. Spanish and English
Compensation: $500 rent discount (regular rent is $1,800) Plus a company phone and internet.
No other benefits.
